I'm a visual thinker who over my career has evolved from an entry-level graphic designer to a Creative Director.
Throughout my career, I have worn many hats beyond my official job title: client service, mastered the intricacies of print and broadcast production, digital production, UI/UX and even had a hand in talent acquisition. I also had the privilege of teaching Graphic Design part-time at KU for a year. These diverse experiences have shaped my outlook on providing creative and innovative solutions.
Passion still drives me, and I genuinely love what I do. Most days you will find me immersed in the creative process, refining my skills, and elevating my craft. At my most recent position, I was overseeing a team of 8-10 Art Directors/Designers and working closely with 6-7 writers, one of my key duties was sharing my knowledge and experience to support both their growth and the quality of their work.
I take pride in ensuring my team receives the right information and guidance throughout their projects. I am always prepared to answer questions, address concerns, and anticipate potential challenges, all while steering our ideas in the right direction.
I believe in the power of feedback, regardless of one's experience level. Whether a team member has just begun their journey or accumulated 20+ years of expertise, constructive feedback is essential to producing the best possible results.
